Creek Bank Creations Fish Tails Stencil.  This stencil, designed by Julie Creek, makes adding "fish tails" to paper super easy!  Cut your paper to length and width first.  Center the paper behind the stencil using the score marks as a guide.  Adjust your stencil and paper so the stencil is over the paper centered, with the angeled line where you want it.  Trace the line with your pencil.  Now you can cut on the pencil line and have a very nice straight centered line!  This tool is cost effective and useful!
