All registrations for this event must be placed online. Each person must register and pay for their space indiviudally. If you are sending a registration through for a friend please let us know that person's name and email address. If you are attending this event with a group please desinate ONE person as a group leader.
Join paper crafters from a five state area as we scrapbook, rubber stamp and CREATE for three days! This event is held at Hendricks County 4-H Fairgrounds and Conference Center 1900 East Main Street Davnille, IN. Our theme this year is I'm Harvest Hullabaloo! Decorate your table and join the table decorating contest, or dress up in the costume contest on Saturday. If you decide to join the costume contest you will need to get in front of the group and say a little something about your costume.
What is included: Three Days of crafting at an 8 foot table, a gift from Creek Bank Creations AND a door prize and 4 meals. We will give away some large prizes on Saturday afternoon. Last year we gave away well over $2000.00 in gifts at this event!! You will enjoy paper crafting for three days at your table. Classes may be available for an additional charge. Vendors will be on site for shopping or cardstock needs. Vendors will offer different make and takes and demonstrations during the event. Hours of this event will be Friday 10am-11:30pm, Saturday 9am-11:30pm, Sunday 9am-5pm.
Meal Service: Friday Dinner, Saturday Brunch, Saturday Dinner, Sunday Brunch.
(Meal service is set this way in an effort to cut your expenses. We will have a snack room so please bring a snack to share that does not require refrigeration or heat. Some examples of snacks would be apples, carrots, crackers or chips. Do not bring dips that need refrigeration or items that need heat from a crock pot).
Side tables will be limited to small totes or TV Trays ONLY. The folding wagons work well as they can slide under the table.
You should bring your crafting supplies, a multi plug, an extension cord, your cell phone, and a friendly smile!
We will offer electricity. You may bring your own 100 foot extension cord and multi plug. Please label your cords before coming. This is a very large room so you will need a 100 foot cord. You are required to tape down any cords that are exposed with Gaffer tape. This is the ONLY form of tape you may use. Let me repeat. All cords must be marked, all cords must be taped down and all cords must be taped down with gagger tape. You should supply and bring your own tape. The facility charges us if there is any tape residue left on the floor. It can be purchased online here
We do not offer refunds on any event fees. (this includes loss of power, or acts of God) Here are the list of NO's....no smoking. no alcohol. no children. no selling from your table.
