Retail Orders

We ship most orders within two days.  We will email you when your order is shipped so that you know it is coming.  All orders are shipped with tracking numbers either via USPS or UPS.  Because most retail orders weigh less than 2 pounds most retail orders will ship USPS. 

If an item you ordered is out of stock and your order will be delayed in shipping we will email you and let you know. 

We do not ship outside the United States.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong items just let us know at creekbc@comcast.net  We will arrange a return/credit for you. 

If you change your mind and decide you do not want your order you can ship your order back to us at your expense.  When the order arrives we will inspect the package.  If everything arrives undamaged  we will credit your account, minus a $10.00 restocking fee.
